Crown Quartz stone products are extremely scratch and stain resistant. Using common sense and following the care and maintenance guidelines below will ensure the longevity of your Crown Quartz benchtop/product:

• Clean with warm, soapy water and damp sponge. Detergent should be non abrasive and pH neutral. Avoid forceful scrubbing.

• Any spills should be wiped/cleaned immediately.

• Chopping boards must always be used. Never cut directly on the Crown Quartz stone benchtops/products.

• Heat pads must always be used. Never place hot items from oven, cooktop, microwave or any other heat source directly on the Crown Quartz stone benchtops/products. Sudden heat shock may cause the stone to crack and this is not covered under the warranty.

• Do not use any strong chemicals or solvents (such as, but not limited to oven cleaning products, bleaches, nail polish removers, paint strippers etc.) on the Crown Quartz stone benchtops/products.

• Do not drag items across the Crown Quartz benchtops/products as this may cause scratching and this is not covered under the warranty.

• Do not impact load the Crown Quartz benchtops/products on the surface or near the edges (including edges near undermount sinks) as this may result in chipping which is not covered under the warranty.

• Do not place excessive weight or stand on your Crown Quartz benchtops/products under any circumstances.

• Crown Quartz stone products are only intended for indoor use and should not be exposed to the elements and excessive ultra violet light.
